Established in 2008, Akuma Sports was founded by brothers Warwick, Daniel, and Thomas Aldersley. Created from a passion for sport and a desire to deliver a simple but reliable solution for quality. We embarked on a journey to change the way kit purchasing was done in the UK by bringing manufacturing in-house and having full control over what is delivered.
We design and manufacture all our teamwear in England which has been a significant contributing factor in the growth of the company since its inception. We are perceived as innovators in design and our brand proposition and product offering is constantly evolving.
13 years on and we deliver kit all over the world, with over 40 staff all dedicated to bringing your kit needs to life in just 3 weeks!
I have recently become a Director at Akuma Sports, I joined because they are a UK based family business with a unique offering. Within the teamwear market the landscape has changed overnight and there are significant challenges ahead. Given our UK production model and 3 week turnaround on all kit delivery, I strongly believe we are well placed to offer our partners the best level of service!
