For stock orders your payment will be taken online at the checkout stage using a secure SagePay, Payment Gateway or using PayPal. We will then process your order and you will receive a order confirmation email and a dispatch email with tracking information.

For teamwear orders we will generate an invoice for your order, which you can pay via Bank Transfer, SagePay Payment Gateway, PayPal, Cheque or Cash (Please note your order will not be cannot be put into production until payment has cleared). On receipt of payment and the order confirmation we will put your order into production and from then the lead time will be 3 weeks, upon dispatch we will send you an email with tracking information.

We have a number of delivery options, depending on your order and the level of personalisation. All orders are shipped with FedEx using a fully traceable next day service. We do have a number of premium shipping options including Saturday delivery and International shipping, please speak to your production manager for a personalised quote.
Stock Products – Subject to stock availability will be shipped on the next business day so you should receive your goods within 2-3 working days.
Personalised Products – Will be delivered within three weeks of the receipt of order confirmation and payment.
