Account Planner
ACCOUNT PLANNER
We are seeking an Account Planner to join our dynamic team and help drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving orders from customers and/or sales team and compiling all elements for the order to go to processing
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Act as a primary contact for clients, addressing enquiries, resolving issues and managing expectations
- Assisting Account Managers on sales pitches and sizing sessions
- Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and analyse competitor activities
- Working closely with all members of the sales team, aiding them to get as many meetings as possible:
- Assisting the sales team with their emails when out of the office
- Distributing the incoming leads to the sales team and sending weekly reports to Directors on volume coming through
- Compiling monthly customer reports on behalf of the sales team (turnaround times, issues, spends) for them to complete their monthly reviews
- Sending samples for customers and keeping a log of these to ensure returned swiftly
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong relationship management skills
