We’re looking for a passionate Artworker to join our creative team and help bring our garments to life.

If you’re confident with Adobe Illustrator, have an eye for detail and love the buzz of turning ideas into on-pitch reality, this could be your perfect match.

What You’ll Do

• Create print-ready artwork for sublimated garments across a range of sports
• Own the production of CADs (Computer Aided Designs) using Illustrator
• Make artwork amends from colour tweaks to logo placements and proof sign-offs
• Check and prep artwork before it goes to print, ensuring all designs meet spec
• Support on design briefs from grassroots clubs to elite teams and corporate kits
• Work closely with the team to ensure every design hits our brand standards and deadlines
• Be a team player sharing ideas and feedback in a fast-paced, open studio

What You’ll Need to Thrive

• Adobe Illustrator experience
• Accuracy, consistency, and serious attention to detail
• A collaborative attitude, happy to take the lead but open to feedback
• Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines
• A love for sport and the culture that comes with it
• Willingness to go the extra mile to deliver best-in-class work
• Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel

Bonus Points For

• Experience with commercial printing processes or garment embellishment
• Previous CAD or print production experience
• Confidence working across both Mac and PC
• Your own transport (we’re based in the Kenilworth)
