You will work in the webshops department within the Production team. You will be responsible for providing general customer service to our clients and assisting them with their online purchases. You will also be required to follow internal processes and procedures to ensure that our customers receive excellent service.
- Assisting customers with their online purchases and helping them with any issues
- Handling any customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner
- Following internal processes and procedures to ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and on time
- Following internal systems to update customer order information and maintain accurate records
- Liaising with other departments within the company to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail
- Passion for sports is a plus
