We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Production Planner to join our team. As a Production Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth order processing working to tight deadlines, as well as working collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities:

• Processing orders to completion, ensuring accurate and timely entry of orders onto the system
• Coordinate with various departments, including sales, design, production and logistics
• Monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Analyse production capacity effectively to meet customer deadlines
• Coordinate with suppliers and proactively address any issues that may arise
• Maintain accurate records of Production order status

Requirements:

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work in a fast – paced environment
• Excellent attention to details and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
