SALES MANAGER

Akuma’s on a mission to change the game in custom teamwear and we’re looking for a National Sales Executive and a Regional Sales Executive to help lead the charge. Someone who lives and breathes sport, thrives on human connection, and can’t wait to get on the road and represent a brand that delivers kit with serious pride, speed and precision. This is more than a sales job. This is a chance to bring Akuma to life for teams across the country – clubs, schools, universities- and help them show up with confidence and an identity they wear with pride.

What You’ll Do

• Be the face of Akuma — on the road, in the room, on the pitch sideline
• Build genuine relationships with clubs, schools and universities
• Lead with energy, listen well, and present our products with clarity and confidence
• Focus on multi-sport — with rugby as a key area, plus netball, cricket, hockey and lots more
• Work closely with our in-house team to ensure a seamless customer journey
• Own your pipeline, smash your targets, and do it all with Akuma-level service

What You’ll Need to Thrive

• You get sport. Whether you’ve played, coached or grown up in it — you understand team culture
• You’re a strong communicator and confident presenter
• You’ve got a clean UK driving licence and you’re ready to travel
• You’re solid with Microsoft Office and know how to stay organised
• You bring energy, initiative and a proactive mindset

Bonus Points For

• Previous sales, account management or business development experience
• Involvement in education or grassroots sport
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders or sports committees
