To add an item to the basket, select the required item, choose a size and quantity.

When you are ready to place your order, please select the basket icon at the top right and choose checkout.

Pop Up Shop

Akuma will be holding a pop-up shop at Bickley Park School on the 4th of July 1pm-5:30pm.

Parents and pupils are encouraged to attend this shop, as pupils will have the opportunity to try on garments and a sufficient amount of stock will be on the available to purchase on the day.

Your online store will be initially open from June 24th until July 21th. This will ensure all orders are delivered on or before September 4th.

Should you miss the initial order window, the online store will be open from September 5th permanently.

Each year group have certain products which are listed as compulsory and can be found on the above links.

We strongly recommend looking through the rest of the store as we offer a wide selection of garments which can be used at Bickley Park School.

Please visit the Size Guide and determine what sizes will be the most suitable.

Please use Inches rather than Years as children will often be of different sizes at different ages. Our sizing is universal and we try to accommodate for everyone.

All orders are currently subject to a 4 week turnaround. We strongly recommend you place your orders as soon as possible to guarantee delivery before the beginning of the school year.

There is no need to contact Akuma if you are still within the 4 week window, the team will be working hard to get the order dispatched to you as soon as possible.

You will receive an email once your email has been dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48hr delivery. We do not provide a tracking number as standard, however if requested, we can provide you with this information.

Please contact Akuma as soon as possible on so we can try to rectify your order.

Inside the email, please state your club shop, your name and your order number followed by your enquiry.

Should the error be related to sizing or the wrong item, we will check to see if the order has been placed into production. Unfortunately, it may not always be possible to change the order if it has been placed into production. If this is the case, we will instruct you via email how to proceed.

Should you have placed the wrong address for delivery, you may notice you receive some additional emails, it will simply be Akuma moving your order between statuses in order to make the corrections.

Should you wish to cancel your order, please email on or phone on 01676 533 320 immediately to prevent the order from being placed into production as you may not be entitled to a refund once production has begun.

Should you wish to add an item to your order, the most efficient way to do this is to place a new order just for the additional products, email, with the new order number as well as your previous order number. We will then collate your orders and refund the shipping costs of the new order.

If you need to return or exchange your garments for any reason, this can be done by dropping them to the Bickley Park School reception. Please ensure you include the following in your package when returning to the school (there will be a returns form included in your delivery):

  • Customer Name
  • Order number
  • Reason for returning

We ask all parents to place a new order online for the replacement goods. Once we have been notified by the school that they have received your garments, we will issue you a full refund for the items that require exchanging.
