4 Simple steps to ordering

Delivering your custom design, bespoke kits and apparel in a manner thats reliably rapid

1. Enquiry/Design

If you’re after new kit for your team; try out our kit designer here, call us on 01676533320, send an enquiry below or drop us an email at info@akumasports.com. Let us know the products you’re looking for, your club name, any sponsor or team logos and any ideas you have for the kit.

2. Order Confirmation

With your initial designs drawn up, a dedicated Account Manager will send through a quote that details the styles we offer, order minimums, and pricing. If you have any amendments to make to your designs then please let us know, all design work is free of charge, we want to get your kit just right.

3. Production

To make sure you get the perfect fit from your new kit, we can organise a club sizing session, sample garments and a detailed sizing sheet for your order. Our garments follow UK standard sizing from XS to 5XL and ladies size 4-22. Bespoke order forms and sizing sheets will make getting the right fitting kit as easy as possible.

4. Delivery

Once you are happy with your order we will collate all the information and send over an order confirmation, which includes artwork sign off, sizing sheet and invoice. This should be checked thoroughly as it is the last chance for any amendments to be made. When the order is confirmed and payment is made, your order will be produced, with rigorous quality checks to ensure it is of the highest standard. Your order will be delivered within the quoted timeframe, using next day delivery.
