TERMS AND CONDITIONS - BACKED BY AKUMA USA
  1. Eligibility
    This competition is open to rugby teams based in the United States that are affiliated with YHS Rugby.
    All entries must come via the official campaign landing page during the stated campaign window.
  2. Entry Window
    Fall Burst entries must be submitted between 16 September and 30 September 2025.
  3. The Prize
    One team will be selected at random at the end of the campaign to receive full 14 custom kits from Akuma Sports.
    The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
  4. Match Ball Offer
    All eligible YHS teams that enter and go on to purchase full team kit will receive 10 branded Akuma match balls, valued at $500. This offer is limited to one redemption per team and is only valid for orders placed within 60 days of the campaign close.
  5. Winner Approval
    Winners will be selected at random but must be approved by YHS Rugby before final confirmation.
    Akuma reserves the right to withdraw the prize if a team is found to be ineligible or non-compliant with campaign terms.
  6. Marketing Requirements
    Winning teams agree to participate in ongoing campaign marketing, including:
    • Sharing high-resolution team imagery throughout the season
    • Tagging Akuma and YHS in social posts where possible
    • Participating in a short written or filmed team bio
    • Allowing Akuma and YHS to use imagery and team stories across web, social, email, and promotional activity
  7. General Terms
    By entering the competition, teams agree to these terms and give consent to be contacted by Akuma and YHS for marketing and campaign communications.
